 ok, so i am not doing a critique because i don't know that much about art, so my thoughts are going here, if that is alright with you. she looks great. her boots look too bright compared to the rest of her, and her hand that is holding the staff looks more like a claw. other than that, amazing work.

Critiques
The transparent cape/skirt piece look particularly well done, as well as the little arm warmers!
You've also done a great job on on the hair here.
One suggestion I have would be to add a bit more shadow to her teeth to give her teeth the illusion of depth, that is, to make them seem like her lips have thickness and the teeth are back there a bit.
Other than that tiny thing, excellent work
I'll start off by saying this is really a great image! Great design, great concept, great light and shadow values. You have sufficient reflected light on the figure, as well good shadow values. There are just a few small mistakes I'd like to help correct, though.
1. Although your shadow values are already pretty excellent, I'd make only a suggestion to go a little darker in the darker shadow areas.
2. Her nose sits around the halfway point of her face (face: from the hairline to her chin), as I've studied, it should be around two thirds down her face, so that makes her nose a little bit short.
3. Her upper arms are slightly too thin in comparison with her torso. But only slightly.
4. Her thigh is a little too thick in comparison with her torso.
These are only suggestions for improvement in the future. But all in all, this image is superb, and you definitely have my
