Quickie Fur Tutorialby *CarrieBest

Since it was suggested to me, I thought I'd submit a tut on the brushes I used to draw the fur that I did in this piece: [link]

I'm using Photoshop CS3, but I imagine this is good for any Photoshop.
Hope this is helpful! I'm still learning and I actually think I have a lot to improve on, but I am pretty excited about the way these brushes work.

Hey there! I've been struggling with fur lol! The last time I painted it in "Sansa & Lady" I abandoned the scatter brush technique in this tutorial and did it the long hard way by drawing each clump of fur individually. There's no trick really except just working from the back to the front so you can do the overlapping fur more easily. One of these days I'll do another tut, but I think this one is still good too depending on what kinda creature you're painting.
